I started having a Bulletproof coffee
About a year ago, I heard of Bulletproof coffee; I didn’t give it much thought and move on. It wasn’t until I started intermittent fasting when I was working the night shift and looking for ways to sustain my fasted state overnight. I had already made some changes to when and what I ate. For instance, eating more healthy fats, consuming the significant portions of my calories after workouts and closer to my fueling window closing.
Sipping a Bulletproof coffee before leaving for my night shift was a perfect time
My night shift started at 10 pm. I’d start sipping on a Bulletproof coffee at about 8 pm. It did wonders to keep me from feeling tired and satiated for hours. It’s true what they say about Bullletproof coffee and its effect on mental clarity, it works!
Since incorporating more plant-based food, I have omitted the grass-fed butter on non-meat days with similar results.
