High plant-based protein food in my kitchen
Over the past six months or so, I have been able to expand my high plant-based protein food list quite a bit without realizing I’d be embarking on a big challenge, at least for me it is. And that challenge is to go entirely into a plant-based diet.
My biggest concern was, will I be able o get the protein from a plant-based diet. The answer, as I am finding out, is yes!

I’ll list the high plant-based foods I’ve incorporated into my diet along with its nutrition information and add new foods to the list when I find them. The menu focuses on high plant-based protein foods.
