Garlic Fried Chicken Hearts
I posted this video recipe on YouTube in 2016, where has the time gone. Chicken hearts sand the test of time and are still very delicious and one of my favourite foods! How do you make them? Let me know in the comments below! And of course, if you are on a low carb diet, just omit the toasted rye bread! But, oh man, toasted rye bread smothered in real butter and slices of garlic is sooooooooo yummy!
In this video, I’ll show you one of my favourite snacks and sometimes a meal, Garlic Fried Chicken Hearts. Not only are they delicious they are very easy to make and full of protein! Almost 1 gram per heart!!
[the_ad id=”564″]All you need is
1 package of Chicken Hearts
2 cloves of garlic
some butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Simply melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add the chicken hearts. Fry for about 10 to 15 minutes or less. You want the hearts to evenly brown and a little crispy. The garlic will also get brown and this point. Now, the chicken hearts are ready to eat. Eat them just as they are or have them with your meal as I did this time. I served them with a nice Pumpkin oil cucumber and a toasted and butter rye bread loaded with garlic. I chased it all down a glass of Davin Mogan Concord wine, Sweet and tasty!
